Your 5 Days Tarangire-Ngorongoro Crater-Serengeti Safari

Day 1 – Arrival in Arusha

Pick up from Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport. Cold towel, sparkling water. You will be driven to Arusha City for refreshment at your accommodation facility. Dinner and Overnight stay at Palace Hotel Arusha where you will have a clear sight view of Mt.Meru and the Arusha city centre. From here, your personalized itinerary folder waiting.

Day 2 – Full day game drive at Tarangire national park

After a leisure breakfast, you will depart for a full-day game drive in the spectacular Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s most remarkable wildlife destinations (2.5hrs drive to Tarangire. We take the back route through Maasai villages, stop for photos when you want) for its vast elephant population, ancient baobab trees, and diverse ecosystems, Tarangire offers exceptional wildlife viewing throughout the day.

As you explore the park’s scenic landscapes, keep an eye out for large herds of elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and a variety of antelope species. The Tarangire River, which serves as a vital water source for wildlife, attracts an abundance of animals and provides excellent opportunities for photography and game viewing.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the heart of the wilderness while taking in the breathtaking surroundings before continuing your afternoon safari adventure. As the day draws to a close, you will return to your campsite at Sanctuary Swala. Your tented suite has a clawfoot overlooking the Savanna, carrying unforgettable memories of Tanzania’s incredible wildlife and natural beauty.

Day 3 – Drive from Tarangire to Ngorongoro crater for a full day game drive

5.45 am wake to butler-delivered Tanzanian coffee, 6:00 am after your leisure breakfast, you will be taking a private descent into the Ngorongoro crater before the crowd, you will be Driven to Ngorongoro N/Park for a Full Day Game Drive and till 18h30m. This is it. 260 sq km of Eden. Black rhino, pride of 20 lions, hippo pods, flamingos and hyena dens. Our guide positions the vehicle for national geographic light.

The safari Royale Moment: Bush breakfast by hippo pool. White-gloved service, fresh omelets, champagne. Elephants 200m away.

In the evening you will rest at a luxury camp, Entanamu Ngorongoro luxury camp, situated on the remote north-western rim of Ngorongoro,Known for dramatic views over both the crater and the Serengeti plains, generally preferred by guests who want to be closer to the crater rim and enjoy spectacular sunrise and sunset views.

Day 4 – Drive to Serengeti National park

After a leisure and nice breakfast around 06h30m, you will drive in the Central part of Serengeti in search of the big five till late Evening. Overnight stay will be at Serengeti Explorer, a luxury lodge perched on the scenic Nyaboro Hills, offering panoramic views across the Serengeti plains. Its strategic location provides excellent access to the wildlife-rich Central Serengeti and year-round game viewing, including the Great Migration at certain times of the year.

Day 5 – Serengeti national park + departure to Arusha

Enjoy an early morning game drive in the world-famous Serengeti National Park, the perfect opportunity to witness the African wilderness at its most active. As the sun rises over the endless plains, predators may still be on the hunt while herds of wildebeest, zebras, giraffes, and antelopes begin a new day in the Serengeti. This final safari experience offers excellent chances for memorable wildlife encounters and stunning photographs.

After breakfast, continue with a leisurely game drive en route to the airstrip or park exit, taking in the breathtaking scenery and abundant wildlife that make the Serengeti one of Africa’s most celebrated safari destinations.

Thereafter, you will depart for Arusha, bringing your unforgettable Tanzanian safari adventure to a close. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the airport or your preferred location in Arusha for your onward journey, carrying with you lasting memories of the spectacular landscapes, diverse wildlife, and unique experiences of Northern Tanzania.

Depending on which season you travel to Tanzania, you will either be able to witness river crossings in Northern Serengeti (From June to November) or calving in Ndutu (December to March).
